Cryogenic storage vessels

AYZ Cryogenics manufactures cryogenic insulated vacuum tanks with storage capacities up to 200m³. Each tank is designed by the AYZ Cryogenics' in-house engineering and design team, tailored to customer specifications and specifications.

Ayz Cryogenics also offers skid tank systems for low gas consumption.

Vaporiser

Specially designed evaporators, which operate by heat transfer from the atmospheric air temperature, convert cryogenic liquids into gases without requiring a power source or generating operating costs.

AYZ offers two cryogenic evaporator designs: 40 bar and 400 bar, suitable for gas flow rates up to 5000 Nm3/h.

Superinsulated Vacuum Pipe Manufacturing

Super-insulated vacuum pipes form the foundation of nearly every cryogenic infrastructure. Double-walled pipes ensure the safe transport of cold liquid gases without overheating or losing their liquid state, ensuring quality.

We offer double-walled pipe manufacturing services with a vacuum rating of 5x10-3 millibars, in pipe diameters designed to meet our customers' needs.

Technical services and trailer maintenance

Our expert team, with over 35 years of experience in the industry, provides cryogenic tank maintenance, field assembly, periodic inspection, periodic and semi-trailer maintenance services.
